Valencian SCALE UP dedicated, since 2019, to the creation of third-generation solutions on WhatsApp focused on the community of users of local and public administration, government and defense, is responsible for the necessary engineering works throughout the duration of the project
Paiporta, a Valencian town with more than 27.000 inhabitants is the epicentre of the damage caused by the DANA natural disaster. Affected in 100% of its economy, it participates as an initial promoter of the initiative with the aim of inspiring the rest of the 78 affected populations
